Just write an article that is unusual and helpful to others and see what happens. There is not much written about treadmill workstations so this site gets lots of traffic and picked up by other places, like when we got a shout out and link in a NYT article! Those are great things when they happen.

Glad to help. I recently just bought a cool old stationary bike , that a guy had built a laptop platform in the front, so you can work on your laptop while using that! Very cool

Fantastic post! I think the hardest thing for me and for most
people is not only trying to find ways to workout and lose weight but to also to
also make it enjoyable. Doing things like taking my
dog for a walk or in a nearby mountain area can be a nice change of pace.
I’d rather not lift weights in front of a mirror for an hour or run around in circles on a track.

Just as with working out, you need to make your food enjoyable too if your want to keep the weight off. I try to look for fun and delicious food to cook so that my brain associates eating healthy with great tasting food.

Thanks again for writing this article. There is so much information out there it’s overwhelming.

I checked the feed and it seemed to be working fine. Once is awhile a persons browser or own computer will mess things up. Treadmill Workstation feed is working.
